Wins National Championship

UCF National Collegiate Sales Competition Champion TeamUCF Sweeps Individual, Team Events

ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF College of Business Professional Selling Program swept the team and individual categories on its way to capturing the national championship at the 2017 National Collegiate Sales Competition (NCSC) in Kennesaw, Georgia.

The championship team included Lauren Cotter (pictured, third from left), Kristina Mattull, Justin Richards, Jordan Grass, Kim Weissman and Ryan Stamer, who won the individual championship. Stamer also partnered with Richards to take home the team award. The UCF squad beat out 71 other universities for the crown. All six students are members of the Professional Selling Program in the Department of Marketing.

The team was coached by UCF marketing instructor and PSP program coordinator Bill Steiger (third from right); Jaimee Barbuto (second from left), a 2014 graduate of the Professional Selling Program; and Dean’s Advisory Board member and two-time Knight Jeff Lehman ’78 and ’80 (far left).
