The UCF team will be competing against teams from more than 70 other universities. In 2014, UCF won the ICSC team championship for the first time in school history. Last year UCF tied for fifth.

The ICSC, which is owned and operated by Florida State University Sales Institute, challenges teams to create a sales solution to improve a given company’s financial situation. It is the annual gathering of the nation’s top college professional sales students who compete in both role-play and sales management case challenges. More than 45 national companies are expected to attend to recruit the nation’s top sales talent at the two-day career expo.

Myers, Albrecht, Smith and Stamer are enrolled in the prestigious, specialized Professional Selling Program in the Department of Marketing at UCF College of Business. The program accepts no more than 35 outstanding students each year who show potential and promise in sales. The program boasts a 95 percent after-graduation job placement rate while the remainder go on to graduate school.
